Cancellations must be made 14 days (in summer) and 30 day (in winter) prior to arrival. Otherwise, bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled. For us, a nice smell goes hand in hand with a comfort. That’s way the Hotel is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. In case of non-compliance, we will have to charge you CHF 350 for basic cleaning costs. However, smoking on the balconies is allowed and we do offer a smoking area in front of the main door. Feels somewhat like that schoolyard charm.
The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the parking and bus terminal. The local taxi company (Bolero Taxi) offers transports at a fee, you can reach them at +41 (0) 27 957 70 20.
Public parking spaces are at the entrance of the village at a daily fee. Unfortunately we do not reserve parking spaces.

We do not have connecting rooms, however we have family rooms featuring 2 bed rooms and also a suite with 2 bed rooms, living room and kitchen.
For the safety and comfort of other guests, non hotel guests are not allowed in the hotel and rooms.
Yes you can, however we are not able to pick it up for you from the bus terminal.

Unfortunately only our public areas are also easily accessible with a wheelchair due to the original architectural features of the Hotel.
Although we don't have a minibar in the rooms, we offer a rich variety of drinks and snacks in the lobby lounge. Also there is a fridge in the dining area for you to use.
We passed on telephones in the rooms, but in return you have free high-speed wifi.
